As a beginner, SAP BW should be easy to learn. the learnings are same in any other buisness intelligence tool.

Hi Sridhar, You have good domain experience, you can go with sap successfactor training. Whatever would be flexible to you, you can choose the mode of training but you will get good scope for successfactor.
