Hi, Let me compare both before we conclude which one gets Heavy pay check 1. BASIS Admin has lot of activities from setting up the sand box until installation and maintainin gthe instances, upgrades, patching, toruble shooting and back ups etc Obviously whic is constantly in demand and if you can upgrade to HANA Admin will be in lime light for a long career 2. SAP GRC-Security consultant job is equally important but the scope of the job like compliance maintenance depends on the pro approach of the client- Big clients will follow the compliance with attention ( not to get offended with small clients- though it is an approach that should be ingranined) If you can get to work for the clients to stick with lot of compliances/ SOX/ SODs/ conflict resolution etc, but relatively the scope will be lesser but you cannnot compare between Apples and Oranges each function has it's own importance Wish you happy learning Siva read less
