Another thing is u have a evidence that u have done certification on SAP. Some organisation wants SAP CERTIFIED CONSULTANT., as a fresher also somebody can get a job. I want to do a course of SAP FICO. I have an experience of 8 years in Accounts Payable. But I'm in a dilemma whether to do that course or not because after completing the course I am unsure if the market will provide me the same salary or not. I am currently getting 8-9 lacs. As you mentioned that you are holding eight years of experience in AP, the best option for you is to go with SAP FICO /S4 HANA FINANCE 1709/1809 because" HANA IS THE FUTURE OF SAP " so better to start the things with HANA.

In real time can we use standards or not? Like OR , TAN ,RE , etc or we following these standards copy it rename it then use which of we following.
Normally we used standard. But those company want to used for their own implementation they can used by their own creation.
