Hi Harsh, As you have 3experience into BPO so don't have any knowledge into IT. rather than going with SAP we suggest u to take Software Testing Tools best entry level to get into IT Sector for non technical background

Main Backbone of the SAP Production process is SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO & SAP PP. It is the best module for SAP for any manufacturing process. Especially SAP PP is for the production planning process in the industrial sector.
