I am from ECE background. I am not aware of programming. Is SAP good for me? Can you suggest in SAP which is good for me?

Yes, SAP is a good career option, Though you have technical knowledge with no programming background you can choose a module from MM- Material management, SD- Sales and Distribution or PP - Production Planning depending upon your interest.
