SAP BW is GUI Based system which means you don't need Coding expertise to work with SAP BW. Out of three layers of SAP system, SAP BW falls under the Presentation Layer, which doesn't involve coding requirements

Hi, Hana is a Data base platform where as Fiori is an App library. So if you are technically strong plan for Technical modules. Or else go for Functional like s/4 hana simple logistics, finance, sap hcm, successfactor, etc.
