In my classes we practice guided meditation, using sounds, instructions, visualization techniques, certain breathing techniques, & Kriyas like Tratak, Om chanting, Bhrahmari; that helps to create Positivity, gain focus, calmness and one pointedness. We try to meditate, to concentrate on outer objects and slowly go inwards. Generally in my classes I teach to cover : Yoga Nidra, mobility drills, Yoga Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Meditation, other Relaxation techniques. I occasionally also share some Yoga philosophy with my students which works as day today life hack.
