I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Lakulish Yoga University, Ahmedabad. where I learned to teach a variety of yoga styles with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. I’m excited to guide students of all levels on their journeys toward greater health, well-being, and self-awareness. I am happy to help people to get a disease free life. I will provide customized sequences and postures for individual students to suit their needs and skill levels. I completed my Face Yoga Teacher Training from Bodhi School of Yoga. where I learned to teach Face exercises, Face Massage, Acupressure Points, Mudras for Face, Lymphatic drainage Massage, Pranayama. Face yoga is a Natural way to younger looking Skin and to Enhance your face shape. I am happy to help the students get a rid from fine lines & wrinkles on face, puffiness ,dark circles of eyes, Double chin ,pigmentation, sagging skin, Nasolabial and smile lines.
