Prafulla Badi

I teach students from Classes 1 to 8 across almost all major subjects, except Sanskrit. I have around 10 years of teaching experience and have worked with students from different learning levels, academic backgrounds, and educational requirements. Over the years, I have developed a student-friendly approach that focuses on making concepts simple, clear, and easy to understand.

I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and D.El.Ed. and am currently pursuing an M.A. in English. My educational background, along with my experience in teaching school students, has helped me develop a strong understanding of both academic subjects and effective teaching practices. I use this knowledge to plan lessons according to the student's level and learning requirements.

I have experience teaching students under CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula. Over the past 10 years, I have taught subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, Social Science, Odia, and Hindi. Working with different boards and subjects has helped me understand the variations in syllabus, learning expectations, and examination patterns, allowing me to support students more effectively.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and practical. I prepare a lesson plan for each class and ensure that topics are covered systematically. I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and clarify their doubts rather than simply listening to the explanation. This helps me understand whether the student has developed a proper understanding of the topic.

I also believe in using practical examples wherever possible to make lessons more relatable. I try to connect academic concepts with everyday situations so that students can understand and remember them more easily. Regular practice, revision, and questioning are an important part of my classes, as they help students strengthen their understanding and improve their confidence.

Since students have different learning speeds and requirements, I adapt my teaching approach accordingly. If a student finds a particular concept difficult, I take additional time to explain it using simpler examples and step-by-step explanations. My focus is not only on completing the syllabus but also on ensuring that students develop a strong foundation in their subjects.

My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. With my experience across different boards and subjects, I aim to help students improve their academic performance, strengthen their fundamentals, and develop a positive and confident approach towards learning.
