I have been working in the Directorate of Secondary Education, Government of Assam, India, since 2010 as a science teacher. I have qualified in the Assam TET for LP, UP, and Secondary school. My students have became doctors , engineers , and teachers and get opportunities in many departments. I obtained my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in the year 2021 from WBUTTPA, Kolkata, West Bengal. From my 15 years of teaching experience, I discovered that teaching is an art that helps to know the students' weakness and friendly support them so that they overcome the weak areas.

I, as a teacher , also teach lower classes , namely Class I to VIII, especially teaching primary school. The teaching of primary school should be done in a playful manner . Teachers should always be like a friend to them. We should never pressurize the students. As a teacher, I think it is our duty to them the right direction and way to success in a collaborative way. We cannot make them correct by punishment, but it can be done only through encouraging the children.
