My Teaching Journey: A Story of Dedication and Growth My career began in 1994 at Vivekananda Lokasiksha Mondir, where I taught from 14th April 1994 to 5th May 1995. This was my first real classroom experience, and it taught me the essence of connecting with students and understanding their unique learning styles. In 1996, I joined Uttarchara Sankarara Primary School (31st May 1996 – 3rd June 2006), where I spent a decade refining my teaching skills. Here, I learned to blend discipline with creativity, ensuring that learning became an engaging journey rather than a routine task. My longest tenure was at Hakola Junior Basic School (6th September 2006 – 11th October 2023). Over 17 years, I witnessed generations of students grow and flourish. During this period, I focused on holistic education—balancing academics with moral and mental development, emphasizing values that go beyond textbooks. Most recently, I served at Sabalar Board Primary School (9th October 2023 – 31st March 2025), where I explored new pedagogical methods and embraced digital teaching tools. This experience has inspired me to expand my classroom beyond physical boundaries and embrace online education.
