You must make student to have positive attitude i.e he must feel comfortable in studying.
Second make the student to learn in their pace so they have deep knowledge. This will make him to choose his favorite subject. After that encourage him to do some market research in that domain of subject. This will help in increasing interest in the subject also to find job related to it.

Before going for a job search a student should do the following steps
1. Build an effective resume.
2. At least have a deep knowledge of any one of the core subject.
3. In today’s scenario networking is also impartment such as LinkedIn, attending job fairs, industrial events etc.
4.If possible take training or certification/workshop in specific field from well-known institute.
5.Most important be positive and motivated
