I am a Mathematics teacher with 16 years of teaching experience, specializing in Classes 8th to 12th. I hold a B.Tech. in AEI and have extensive experience teaching school students through both offline and online modes.
During my teaching career, I have also served as the HOD (Mathematics) and have been involved in interviewing and recruiting Mathematics faculty members. These responsibilities have strengthened my understanding of effective teaching practices and academic planning.
My teaching philosophy is student-centred. I believe every student has a different learning style, so I observe their strengths, weaknesses, confidence level, and learning patterns. I encourage students to ask questions freely and patiently address their curiosity. Wherever required, I use practical examples and real-life applications to make concepts easier to understand and develop genuine interest in Mathematics.
I have extensive experience with online teaching, including conducting live classes through Zoom, providing recorded lectures, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions to ensure that students understand concepts thoroughly and achieve better results.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching career has been helping under-confident and below-average students improve significantly and become among the top-performing students in their class. I have also received Good Attendance and Appreciation Awards for my contribution and commitment.
My focus is not only on marks but also on helping students develop conceptual clarity, confidence, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and genuine interest in Mathematics.
I primarily prefer teaching school students from Classes 8th to 12th and aim to make Mathematics simple, engaging, and understandable for every student.
