You can work in companies in India, who works with Russia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia,Azerbaijan and many more ( contries of post soviet time). Also you can easily travel there and feel yourself as one of thise people , who live there. Look for job, start your own business and etc.
