Being an international level player, I have represented my state and country in multiple national and international championships, which has given me deep knowledge of advanced boxing techniques, fitness training, and competition strategies. Over the years, I have trained beginners, intermediate, and advanced level students. My teaching method is a blend of technical skill development, fitness conditioning, discipline, and motivation. I focus on proper stance, footwork, punching techniques, defense, speed, and strength training. Along with physical fitness, I also emphasize mental toughness, focus, and confidence which are very important in boxing. I provide personalized training plans as per the student’s goals—whether it is to learn boxing for fitness, self-defense, or to prepare for professional competitions. I ensure safety and correct form during practice to avoid injuries. My experience of competing at high levels helps me guide students with practical tips on ring strategies, endurance building, and handling pressure during matches. Teaching boxing is not just my profession but my passion. I believe in motivating students to give their best and achieve their potential in the sport while enjoying the journey of becoming stronger, disciplined, and confident
