I am a certified Yoga teacher with 6 years of experience in teaching and training students in Yoga. My focus is on helping individuals improve their physical strength, flexibility, posture, and mental well-being through structured yoga practice.

I hold Yoga Alliance certifications RYT 200 and RYT 300, and I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Meditation techniques. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga Science from Gurukul Kangri University, which has given me a strong academic foundation in traditional and modern yoga practices.

Along with yoga instruction, I am also a certified personal trainer. This allows me to design holistic fitness programs that combine yoga, strength training, and flexibility work, helping students achieve overall health and wellness goals effectively.

Over the years, I have taught yoga in diverse environments, including renowned wellness destinations such as Varkala Beach and Rishikesh. This experience has helped me work with students from different cultural and professional backgrounds and adapt my teaching methods accordingly.

I am fluent in English, which allows me to communicate clearly with students from various regions and guide them effectively through each posture, breathing technique, and meditation practice. My sessions are structured yet flexible based on individual needs.
