I specialize in traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Chakra Healing, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Mantra Chanting and Mindfulness. I have taught hundreds of students in India and internationally through both online and in-person classes.
I am a certified Yoga Instructor (Masters of Yoga) and currently teach at a reputed yoga school in Rishikesh. My teaching style is simple, authentic and rooted in the ancient yogic tradition. I focus on alignment, breath awareness, mindful movement and helping students build deeper connection with their body and mind.
