Shubham Sharma

Hie , I am yoga teacher Shubham sharma belongs from Rishikesh and i started my yoga journey from here.I teach Online Yoga classes. I had done masters in yoga and also completed 200 hours of yoga alliance certified yoga teacher training from yoga alliance, USA. I have also done other courses of yoga from different states of India. I also participated national yoga competition on 2017. I have been trained under the guidance of experienced and proficient yoga gurus of Rishikesh.

I started my yoga journey in 2013. I have 5 years of teaching experience till now. I teach multiple styles of yoga like – , Hatha yoga, ashtanga vinyasa, Iyengar, alignment and adjustment classes. I also given my knowledge to outside of India as well. I was in china and I have two years of teaching experience in China .The main focus in my class is alignment and adjustment. According to me yoga is not just about opening your body, yoga is about to learn the movements of your body and open it on proper way. If you know the correct alignment of any posture, you will never go wrong. i want to share my knowledge with love and peace. i am giving online classes and online yoga monthly courses.
