I am a yoga teacher with 4 years of dedicated personal practice and over 1.5 years of teaching experience. I have taught yoga in TTC schools, wellness centres, online platforms, and independent drop-in classes in Rishikesh and Goa.
My teaching is rooted in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Embodied Yoga, and Pranayama. I focus on mindful movement, clear alignment, and breath awareness, helping students build a strong and stable foundation in their practice. My classes are designed to be accessible for mixed levels, supporting both beginners and experienced practitioners.
I have completed a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa TTC and a 200-hour Embodied Yoga TTC. Along with teaching, I have also worked as a Yoga School Manager, where I handled daily operations, class scheduling, and instructor coordination, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility and professionalism as a teacher.
My intention is to guide students with clarity, patience, and presence, creating a calm and supportive space where they can connect with their body, breath, and awareness through yoga.
