I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor from Rishikesh with strong training from Swami Rama Himalayan University and the Himalayan School of Yoga Sciences. I have hands-on experience teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Philosophy in both group and one-on-one sessions. I have worked with national and international students and have also completed a year of internship at Himalayan Hospital Jollygrant, where I assisted in yoga-based therapy across departments like cardiology, gynecology, respiratory, and Ayurveda. My teaching focuses on alignment, breathwork, and holistic well-being, combining traditional yogic wisdom with modern health principles. I aim to help individuals build strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and a balanced lifestyle through personalized yoga practices.
