IdentityI began my journey in the world of sports from a young age.
I’m passionate about movement, challenges, and the deep connection between mind and body.
I studied a higher degree in Sports Science and have mainly focused on personal training and teaching Yogacore classes — a blend of mobility work, core exercises, and Hatha Yoga.
I discovered yoga a few years ago due to a back issue, and it completely transformed my lifestyle for the better. Since then, I’ve been deepening my practice and continuously learning, always aiming to design classes that go beyond the physical layer.
I’m passionate about helping people disconnect from their stressful routines and reconnect with their inner selves.
After completing 1,000 hours of yoga training, I know with certainty that Yin Yoga is my true path.
My classes are holistic — I love to create immersive experiences where we can work on emotional blockages, healing past traumas, increasing flexibility, and reducing stress. You’ll also learn how to integrate these tools into your daily life.
