I have been teaching yoga professionally for the past 9 years, helping students reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner peace. My approach to yoga is holistic and deeply rooted in traditional practices, while still being adaptable to modern-day needs. I work with students of all ages and backgrounds—whether they're beginners, experienced practitioners, or individuals dealing with specific physical or emotional challenges.

I hold a Diploma in Yoga and am a Yoga Alliance Certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). These certifications have provided me with a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, anatomy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and therapeutic yoga. I’m continuously learning and evolving as a teacher, incorporating both classical and contemporary methods to serve my students better.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with a wide spectrum of people—senior citizens managing joint pain, professionals dealing with stress, women recovering from childbirth, and even fitness enthusiasts looking to deepen their flexibility and balance. I offer one-on-one sessions, small group classes, and even specialized sessions focused on prenatal yoga, meditation, and flexibility improvement. My ability to customize sessions makes my teaching more effective and personal.

One of the most fulfilling parts of my journey has been conducting international yoga workshops. I’ve had the privilege of teaching abroad and sharing the practice with diverse groups of students from various cultures. These experiences have not only enhanced my teaching but also helped me understand how yoga is universally healing—whether practiced in India or anywhere else in the world.

Currently, I conduct both online and offline sessions depending on the student's preference. My offline sessions are more immersive, while online classes provide convenience and flexibility, especially for working professionals and overseas students. Regardless of the format, I make sure each session is meaningful, mindful, and rooted in authenticity.

I also run my own yoga center where I offer structured certification programs for those who wish to deepen their understanding or become teachers themselves. Several of my students have gone on to become yoga instructors and wellness coaches, which is a testament to the depth of training I provide.
