Abhishek Negi

I started my journey as a yoga asana practitioner which gave
me lot of curiosity to get to the depth of “Yoga”.I’ve been a self
practitioner since 2014, while studying and practicing under
some of the most influential and well-known yoga teachers in
Rishikesh . I got the opportunity to assist some of the
renowned teachers in their classes.
For 5 years now I have been teaching in “Teacher Training
Programmes” with Rishikul yogashala, Rishikesh yoga
association and other yoga schools in Rishikesh, where I’m
exploring my teaching in astanga vinyasa,pranayam,
Restorative class, hatha yoga with props and adjustment and
with usages of props . I have mastered Primary & secondary
series in astanga vinyasa with certified teacher.
Over the years I have evolved my teaching methods. I have
become more innovative, aware of alignment and
understanding body limitations to help everyone.
