My academic background has provided me with strong knowledge of Yoga, Hindi language and literature, teaching methodology, child development, health education, meditation, and holistic learning.I also have a teaching experience of teaching hindi in schools and coaching institutes.

I specialize in teaching Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Hindi Language, and Wellness Education in a simple and student-friendly manner. My teaching approach focuses on improving students' knowledge, confidence, concentration, communication skills, and overall well-being.
