While I am new to formal teaching, I bring 5+ years of experience working in corporate offices and various MNCs, which has sharpened my communication skills, patience, and ability to explain concepts clearly to people from different backgrounds. Being good and conversational in Tamil and Malayalam as well, I am well-positioned to teach Hindi to South Indian and other regional-language students, as I understand the specific challenges they face when learning Hindi as a second language. I adapt my teaching based on the content or material shared by the student — such as textbooks, worksheets, or specific topics they're struggling with — and prepare customized lessons accordingly, ensuring they stay aligned with the student's syllabus, level, and learning goals.

I hold certification from the Japan Foundation's teachers training course, along with recognitions from their Haiku competition and a Japanese Film Festival, where I created a Japanese-language video project. My connection to the language goes beyond the classroom. I currently work as a Japanese bilingual professional in the IT industry, using Japanese daily in a corporate setting — communicating with stakeholders, understanding business context, and navigating real workplace conversations. This gives me a practical, applied understanding of the language that goes beyond textbook grammar: I know how Japanese is actually used in professional environments, which I believe is valuable for learners who want their study to translate into real communication. While I am new to formal teaching, my own language journey — from self-study with manga and children's books, to Japan Foundation training, to passing the JLPT and working professionally in Japanese — gives me firsthand insight into what it takes to learn the language from the ground up. I'm confident in guiding beginner students through the fundamentals: hiragana, katakana, basic grammar, everyday vocabulary, and simple conversation, with a teaching approach grounded in how I learned the language myself.
