I am a certified Yoga teacher with 3 years of experience in guiding students toward improved flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and overall well-being. I have completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health. Along with my academic qualifications, I have completed 200-hour and 900-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course certifications, which have provided me with in-depth knowledge of yoga practices, techniques, and teaching methodologies.
