Virupa

I am a Bharatanatyam dancer and shishya of Guru Smt. Lakshmi Kannan and Dr. P. R. Venkata Subramiam. Trained in the Vazhuvoor paani, I have over 10 years of practice and performance experience and more than 3 years of teaching this art form to children and adults. I have completed 7 grades with distinction in the grade exams conducted by Annamalai University. I am also an assistant teacher at Jathiswaralaya Academy of Kathak Nruthya and Bharatanatyam, where I learnt this art form.

I have a proven track record of developing inclusive, engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness, creative expression, and technical proficiency. I am adept at choreographing memorable school productions and fostering a supportive environment for students of all skill levels.
