NAMASTEY
I'm Deepti Malashi, an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy from the Central University of Rajasthan and a B.Sc. graduate in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar.
I am a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Instructor with 3 years of teaching experience, having guided 200+ students through personalized yoga sessions focused on improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My professional experience includes working with individuals with mental health disorders during my training at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and completing a one-month internship at Patanjali Yog Gram, where I worked with adults aged 18–60 years to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall health through Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Power Yoga.
I have also actively participated in research projects, national conferences, and acupressure workshops, which have strengthened my understanding of evidence-based and holistic healing approaches.
As an NCC 'C' Certificate holder, I had the opportunity to train and mentor 150 NCC cadets for one year, which helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
I believe yoga is more than just physical exercise—it's a path to better health, balance, and self-awareness. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where every student can progress at their own pace and experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
