I teach Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Spoken English, Personal Grooming, and Public Speaking, with the aim of helping students and working professionals become confident communicators and successful individuals. I believe that strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for academic success, career growth, and personal development. My training programs are designed to help learners express themselves confidently, improve their personality, and develop the skills needed to excel in interviews, presentations, workplace interactions, and everyday life.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree and am also a Certified Life Coach through Coaching Masters UK, with certification accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M). This combination of business education and professional coaching has equipped me with the knowledge and practical tools to mentor individuals in communication, leadership, confidence building, and personal transformation. My coaching approach focuses not only on skill development but also on helping learners unlock their true potential.

With over 15.5 years of overall professional experience, I bring together extensive corporate exposure and educational expertise. My career includes significant experience in training, communication, and people development, along with 7 years dedicated to the education and training sector. Throughout this journey, I have mentored students, job seekers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds, helping them enhance their communication abilities, improve workplace readiness, and achieve both academic and career success.

Currently, I work extensively with young adults between the ages of 25 and 35, supporting them in their personal and professional growth. My coaching focuses on helping individuals discover their strengths, build self-confidence, communicate with clarity, and identify their purpose in life. Whether someone is preparing for job interviews, aiming to improve spoken English, developing leadership skills, or overcoming stage fear, I provide personalized guidance that addresses their unique goals and challenges.

My teaching methodology is structured, practical, and highly interactive. Every learner receives a customized lesson plan based on their current skill level and desired outcomes. My sessions include real-life conversations, role-plays, public speaking exercises, personality development activities, presentation practice, and continuous feedback to ensure steady improvement. I believe that communication skills can only be mastered through regular practice, constructive feedback, and real-world application, which is why my classes are designed to be engaging and experience-based rather than purely theoretical.

I conduct online sessions using PowerPoint presentations and an interactive whiteboard to create an effective and engaging learning experience. I also provide assignments and practice activities whenever required to help learners reinforce their skills outside the classroom. My mission is to empower every learner to communicate with confidence, build a strong personal and professional presence, and unlock opportunities for growth. Through dedicated coaching, practical training, and continuous motivation, I strive to help individuals become confident, articulate, and successful in every aspect of their lives.
