I teach life skills and provide career counselling to students, with 6 years of experience in this field. My focus is on helping individuals gain clarity about their goals, develop essential life skills, and make informed decisions about their future.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, along with specialized training in life skills and career counselling. This academic background helps me understand human behavior, emotions, and decision-making processes, which I integrate into my sessions.
Before transitioning into coaching, I spent 25 years working in the IT industry as a Finance Director. This extensive corporate experience allows me to bring real-world insights into my counselling sessions, helping students understand career paths, workplace expectations, and professional growth.
I began my coaching practice in November 2023, where I focus on career counselling, life coaching, and couple coaching. I have worked with both domestic and international clients, guiding them through various personal and professional challenges.
One of my key achievements has been successfully counselling engineering students, helping them gain clarity about their career options and make confident decisions. It is rewarding to see many of them now doing well in their chosen fields.
My teaching methodology is flexible and personalized. I begin by understanding each learner’s needs, goals, and challenges, and then design a structured plan accordingly. My sessions are interactive and practical, involving real-life scenarios, case discussions, and guided reflection.
I conduct online sessions using PPTs and videos to make learning more engaging. My aim is to create a supportive and insightful environment where individuals can grow, gain confidence, and move forward with clarity in both their personal and professional lives.
