"I had hired this teacher for guitar classes for my institution. He was offered a very fair rate and had nearly three months to begin his classes. Unfortunately, he turned out to be extremely unprofessional and unethical. For the very first class, he did not show up at the scheduled time. Then, just five minutes before the second class, he informed us that he was unwilling to continue. This level of irresponsibility and lack of commitment is highly disappointing, especially for an educational platform like UrbanPro. I would strongly advise others to avoid hiring this person, as professionalism and reliability are key when working with students — and, sadly, both were completely missing here. "
