I am a postgraduate in Psychology (MA and BA from Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi) and a certified Stress Manager. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a deep interest in emotional wellness, child development, and mental health education. I have also participated in training programs like Project Tarang, which strengthened my practical understanding of stress and behavior management. My approach is rooted in empathy and positive reinforcement, especially when working with children. As a child personality developer, I focus on enhancing self-confidence, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and overall psychological growth in young minds, helping them build a strong and healthy foundation for life.
