Lekha S.

I am a passionate educator with a strong academic background and over five years of professional experience in the fields of Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, and academic research. I completed my schooling at a reputed ICSE institution, which provided me with a strong foundation in English language proficiency, communication, and analytical thinking. I hold a graduation degree in Economics and Mathematics and an MBA in Finance from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. Professionally, I have worked for over five years as a full-time Scientific Editor in the Economics and Management domains at a reputed multinational company. This highly academic role involves working extensively with contemporary research papers, analyzing scholarly arguments, and engaging with the latest developments, research findings, and theoretical perspectives in these disciplines. In addition to my academic and professional qualifications, I have appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination Mains thrice, successfully qualifying for the Mains stage on two occasions. This has helped me develop a comprehensive understanding of Humanities subjects, particularly History, Geography, Polity, Economics, and related areas. Currently, I teach three students preparing for the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) examinations during weekends. My teaching approach emphasizes logical reasoning, structured learning, practical examples, and the ability to connect theoretical concepts with real-world developments. I am currently expanding my knowledge in Data Modelling and Vedic Sanskrit, which further reflects my commitment to continuous learning and intellectual development. My objective as an educator is simple: to make learning engaging, conceptually strong, and intellectually rewarding while helping students develop the confidence to think independently. I would position myself primarily as a tutor with expertise in: - Economics (School, Undergraduate, and Competitive Examinations) - Mathematics (School Level) - General Studies for UPSC (Paper 1, 2, 3, 4) and JPSC - Political Science, History, and Geography - English Language, Literature, and Academic Writing
