I had 23 years of teaching experience in Nursing and paramedical education have worked in academic institutions across Tamilnadu Rajasthan and Karnataka. In addition to teaching as served as an Invigilator, Digital Theory Examination Evaluator, and the Practical Examiner for Nursing and Allied Health Sciences Examination. These responsibilities have provided me with extensive experience in students assessment evaluation standard examination processes. I am currently pursuing a PhD nursing with the father strengthen's my academic and research expertise. I have also served as a student nurses association (SNA) advisor in nursing college maintaining students and supporting leadership development professional activities and extra curricular programs.
