I am a certified Yoga Therapist, having 6+ years of teaching experience across various places in India and abroad. I have been freelancing since 2014 as a yoga instructor and dealing with various ailments with the help of yoga therapy for more than 3 years. My services includes group training, one-on-one training with hands-on adjustments as well as online yoga sessions. I have completed Masters degree in Yoga Therapy.
Worked as corporate yoga trainer and group yoga trainer as well in India and abroad. Hatha Yoga is my area of expertise. I also have experience in designing customized yoga routine with the people having various ailments like obesity, lower back pain, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, knee joint problems, insomnia, headache, migraine, general weakness, anxiety, PCOD, depression, etc..
