Hi Abdul. I want to state that it is not possible for each and every candidate to draw best salary in the industry after completion of any course due to stiff competition. Package offered by the industry depends on knowledge, ability, skills and self confidence of the candidate. Of course, B.Com (HRM) is a good option to pursue, but personally don't think that salary is any limit for the industry. The industry may offer best package far beyond par with industry depending on ability of the candidate. It may also be possible that depending on your ability, the company may even refuse to offer the package you demand. It is only and only you who can prove that you are compatible to draw lucrative package out of your qualification and experience. As far as salary for a fresher is concerned, it may vary from Rs. 10000 to Rs. 20000 per month, but increments thereafter totally depends on your ability.

First of all, ir is necessary to mention here that in 12th standard some topics like differentiation, integration and application of derivatives are based on 11th standard maths to a large extent in terms of basics. In order to secure good marks in 12th standard it is advised to go with the help of a good teacher for complete coverage of very important topic i.e trigonometry. Basic knowledge of some other necessary topics may also be taken before starting.
