My journey in yoga began as a personal pursuit of balance and well-being, which gradually evolved into a professional path dedicated to helping others achieve physical health, mental peace, and holistic wellness.
Over the past 3 years, I have immersed myself in personal yoga training, focusing on self-practice, posture perfection, breath control, and meditation techniques.
