I am currently working as a Vice-Principal. Earlier, I planned and delivered engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and students' learning needs. I developed students' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension. I used innovative and interactive teaching strategies to encourage participation and develop communication skills. I prepared lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, question papers, and other learning resources. I monitored students' academic progress and provided constructive feedback and individual support. I encouraged creativity, critical thinking, confidence, and effective communication through discussions, presentations, debates, and activities. I maintained a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and collaborated with colleagues and parents to support students' overall academic and personal development.
