Hi, I am Amit. I am an ex- banker and a certified yoga teacher. Certified in 200Hrs and 300Hrs TTC and also by Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India as a Yoga Teacher and Trainer. Have been practicing yoga for the last 10 years and teaching for the last two years.
My sessions are relaxing, restorative and aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being. A 60 to 75 min session comprise of Warm ups, Pranayam, Asanas and Meditation/ Yog Nidra.
They are suitable for various age groups in separate batches.
My objective is to provide my students an immersive experience of connecting with their inner-self through the practice of Yoga. To leave them with an amzing feeling of being vibrant, energetic at the physical level and calm, aware and mindful at the mental level.
