With over seven years of experience in the education sector, I have honed my skills in delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure student success. Currently serving as TGT-English and Academic Coordinator at TBS-Taldi (CBSE), I have successfully implemented innovative teaching methodologies, such as Experiential Learning and Art Integrated Learning, to promote holistic development among students.
Throughout my career, I have taken on diverse roles and responsibilities, from serving as the Academic Coordinator and Science Olympiad School Coordinator to managing School ERP operations and handling school discipline. My passion for teaching is further exemplified by my involvement in counselling potential guardians for admissions and taking on leadership roles such as being the House Master for Jagadish & Tagore Houses, Drama Club In charge, Timetable In charge, Exam Department In charge at TBS-Taldi. I have also actively pursued continuous professional development by obtaining certifications in various educational programs, such as The Awakened Citizen Program and School Virtual Summit for Principals & Teachers on National Education Policy 2020.
