I am taking PCM stream in class XI how can I do to get a government job in civil.

For getting a govt. job in civil, you need to do engineering in civil engineering and for engineering in civil, you should have Mathematics as well as physics and chemistry in your class Xl-Xll. So you must have PCM stream.
