geometry, trigonometry, algebra, profit and loss, SI and CI, Partnership etc. Although each and every topic is imp if you want to compete for any inspector or good grade post. you can not skip any chapter of quant as it is the most scoring part of ssc syllabus.

What will be the remainder when 47 to the power 47 is divided by 144 in base 12? Answer should be in base 12.
The only difference will be instead from having 0-9 we will have 0-9 and then A & B. Try it now. Or you can convert every thing on a base of 10 get the answer and convert it back to base 12.
