Python is named after the British comedy show "Monty Python’s Flying Circus." van Rossum, Python’s creator, wanted a name that was short, unique, and slightly humorous. It has no relation to the snake, though the snake logo became a recognizable symbol later.

Main problem statement : import a .xlsx file in python with a dataset value then after import we need to ensure that every time I enter a value in a row ; row must be added by 1 and automatically value changes to a row using python script without manually intervention . 
Use read_csv in a loop, there's no other way for this.
