Why is Python 2 still(2016) considered better than Python 3?

The predominant reason being that the industry has legacy scripts that nobody wants to change for the simple reason that, "why change something that does not break?". Also, most the new features added in Python 3 are anyways back ported to Python 2

Hi Sumathi, Its not better i would rather the business criticality and the risk of business interruption stops projects to move to version 3 at this moment. But slowly few are moving and others will start moving as well by 2020.
