there is only one way to approach or perform a task in Python. While this aspect makes the code less flexible, it also makes it more readable. Ruby, on the other hand, takes the Perl approach. As a result, there are various ways you can approach and do a task in Ruby, giving it more flexibility.

Who can learn the Python?
Anyone can learn python doesn't require any programming knowledge (or) experience. Python is much easier as compared to other programming languages. Python is easy to learn. The learning curve is very gradual.

Main problem statement : import a .xlsx file in python with a dataset value then after import we need to ensure that every time I enter a value in a row ; row must be added by 1 and automatically value changes to a row using python script without manually intervention .
Use read_csv in a loop, there's no other way for this.
