Because now many projects and organizations prefer Python over other OO languages for the above. Oracle Certification makes you a good fit for any org which uses Oracle. Here you are bound to org where Oracle is being used. In my openion, learning Python first will expose you to a lot more opportunities than just learrning Oracle. read less

Main problem statement : import a .xlsx file in python with a dataset value then after import we need to ensure that every time I enter a value in a row ; row must be added by 1 and automatically value changes to a row using python script without manually intervention . 
Use read_csv in a loop, there's no other way for this.
