How do we become an expert on anything? It is essentially,practice. First,you learn the fundamentals from an expert and then having learnt the basics,you sit down and code daily in Python. As you practice more,more will be your learning

Learn coding from platforms like W3schools study the theory given then try the examples given there after you learn a topic hmgo on hackerrank/leetcode select the language then select that particular topic and practice the coding problems given there.

Can't solve because product price is a part of the tuple. Since LIST IS MUTABLE so we can change its elements. We can change the whole tuple because it is an element of the list. As WKT TUPLE IS IMMUTABLE so we can't change its elements.
