Is it better to spend money on spoken English classes or self learn only?

When you are self learning, unless you are super motivated, the chances of reaching your goal are low. Whereas, when you join a class, you are sort of accountable and the chances are high that you will in fact complete what you aimed to. How can I become fluent in English?

The key is to practice. Try to speak in English as much as you can. Some freelancer websites allow you to hire people on an hourly basis, for practising your English with them.
