She is known to have strong technical and interpersonal skills which helps her understand and impart complex modules in a structured and simplified manner. She has an inclination towards writing and maintain a blog over which puts words to the eye with which she looks at the world. Geeta feels passionate about training. Her innovative, pragmatic and constructive way of teaching makes her a favorite amongst her trainees and they feel motivated by her positive approach.
