Our philosophy is to become a balanced and happier being encouraging a mindful lifestyle – yoga, meditation and promoting healthy eating habits leading to a better way of life. We are working to build a platform and network of people who care about their health, each other and our community. It is a space and platform for teachers and individuals to give workshops in a serene and supported environment in Pune.
